Baptisms

 

TRACTION BAPTISMS

 

 Traction Baptisms will take place on Sunday 12^th July from 10.00 am until 1.00 pm; they will start from Place de Héros in front of the belfry.

For a modest price, we are offering the public the chance, perhaps for the first time, to ride in a Traction.

Each of the seven cars will be able to take between one and five people for a tour of about 15 minutes in and around Arras.  Thanks go to our English friends for organising these “baptisms” and inviting the public into their very special Tractions.

All of the proceeds will be donated to “Restos du Coeur” (a charity).  Come along and support it!               

 

  

THE FASHION PARADE

 

 We are offering the opportunity to all those who are attending the gala dinner dressed in period costume (1934 to 1957) the chance to take part in the Fashion Parade in the magnificent Reception Room at Arras Town Hall.

 

All participants of the “75 Hours” are welcome to come along and applaud the parade.

 

Meet at 6.00 pm in the Reception Room of the Arras Town Hall (belfry)
